Pocket Chart Uses:

You can use pocket charts to take attendance, teach the days of the week, conduct graphing exercises, count, match alphabet letters, numbers, etc. Because there are varying sizes of pocket charts, you can adapt and use them for various center activities.

One of the best things about pocket charts is that they can be resused in different activities. You don’t have to invest in a lot of pocket charts, you can resuse the same one. I know of a few teachers that buy several and use a hanging rack to hold them on so that they can interchange the activities. You can do that too.
